At Bat Ravioli, all of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print providers. Below, you’ll find details on our processing and shipping times.

Processing Time

  • Each item is custom-printed when you place your order.

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is produced, shipping times vary based on location:

    • United States: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days after production.

    • International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 5–15 business days or longer, depending on customs processing.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 4–12 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that unexpected delays due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or customs clearance may occasionally occur.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information and contacting the carrier first.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please use our contact form so we can assist you.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates, as shipping times are estimates.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy

At Bat Ravioli, all products are made to order, which means each item is unique and produced only after you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you select the wrong size, color, or experience any issue that can be described as buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund. To resolve any issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the problem.
